All their ketchups is made at their own sustainable production base next to farms in Italy using  sun-ripened tomatoes and they can track each tomato back to the field in which it was grown. They have build long-lasting relationships with the farmers and when it comes to selecting the food, they make sure that only the best goes inside our jars and tins. To top it off, their tomatoes are always packed within a few hours of harvest, keeping their flavour and freshness fully intact.
