Ingredients
FOR SOY SAUCE

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
Zest of 1 lemon
-
black pepper q.b.
FOR THE SALMON
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil
-
1/2 tablespoon of butter
-
4 salmon fillets with skin
-
black pepper q.b.
-
lime to decorate
-
parsley to decorate
Preparation Method
- Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and transfer to the skillet, skin side up.
- Cook for 5/6 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown Sugar, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and black pepper; beat until well blended.
- Once the salmon is cooked on both sides, lower the heat to medium and add soy sauce to the pan.
- Cook for 1 minute and turn each fillet to coat.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley, lime and chives.
