This Pudding includes grated coconut, coconut milk and condensed milk and, for the syrup, plums and a good port wine.
Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

2 cups of whole milk

200 ml of coconut milk

4 spoons of corn starch

100 grams of grated coconut
Syrup
-
3 spoons of sugar
-
1 cup of port wine
Preparation Method
- Place the condensed milk, the whole milk, the coconut milk and the grated coconut in a pan and bring to a medium heat to thicken.
- Stir constantly to avoid burning or curdling. The desired consistency is that of a pudding.
- Then place the preparation in a previously wet form. Place in the fridge for at least two hours.
Syrup
- Bring a pan with the plum, sugar and wine to the boil.
- Let it boil, stirring constantly, until it forms a thick syrup.
- Experiment and adjust the sugar to your taste. Reserve.
When the pudding is cold, unmold, introduce the syrup and serve immediately.
