Salad with Pumpkin and Ham
A perfect salad for winter!
Ingredients

6 tablespoons of olive oil
-
some sprigs of oregano
-
butter
-
200 g mixed lettuce
-
400 g pumpkin, cut into rounds
-
6 slices of ham
-
pepper and salt
Preparation Method
- Cut the Pain d’épices into square cubes and fry them in butter. Drain on kitchen paper and let cool.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar with the oil and season with pepper.
- Fry the pumpkin slices in butter, season with salt and pepper and finally add the balsamic mixture.
- Remove from heat and add the oregano. Let cool.
- Cut the ham slices into 4 cm strips and mix with the lettuce mixture.
- Serve the Pain d’épices croutons with the pumpkin and ham.
