A simple and daring aperitif that will impress even the most demanding.
Ingredients

150 g fresh ricotta

120ml of hot milk

50 g of butter
-
½ tablespoon horseradish (in paste)

100 g smoked salmon

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 ½ tablespoons chopped dill
-
1 package of ready-to-eat French fries (cut into oval slices)
Preparation Method
- In a food processor, combine the ricotta, milk and butter and blend until smooth. Add the salmon, horseradish paste and dill and beat again.
- Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Serve over potatoes.
