Fries stuffed with Salmon

A simple and daring aperitif that will impress even the most demanding.

Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh ricotta
  • 120ml of hot milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • ½ tablespoon horseradish (in paste)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1 package of ready-to-eat French fries (cut into oval slices)

Preparation Method

  1. In a food processor, combine the ricotta, milk and butter and blend until smooth. Add the salmon, horseradish paste and dill and beat again.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Serve over potatoes.
