A snack that is present in all typical Algarve restaurants, made with tuna caught off the coast, there is no tastier dish!
Ingredients

4 tuna steaks

4 garlic cloves
-
1 bay leaf
-
1 dl of White Wine
-
2 tablespoons of Butter
-
Chopped parsley
-
salt
-
Sweet Potato Chips
Preparation Method
- Season the tuna steaks with salt. Fry them in oil, remove the fat and set aside.
- Crush the garlic cloves and brown them in the oil used.
- Add the bay leaf, refresh with the wine, let it reduce and season with salt.
- Remove from heat, add the butter and stir until dissolved.
- Serve the fish with the sauce and sweet potato chips. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
