Rice with Turmeric and Sardines
A quick and easy suggestion, but with all the flavor of a recipe made by you. Turmeric gives it its unmistakable color.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon of olive oil

70gr onion
-
350gr carolin rice
-
0.5 dl white wine
-
2 L of water
-
2 teaspoons of salt

1 small lemon
Preparation Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden.
- Add the turmeric, stir and add the rice. Mix well and cook the rice over low heat until translucent.
- Add the wine and stir until it evaporates.
- Add a little water and salt, mix and cook for a few more minutes. When it evaporates, water with more water.
- Repeat the operation until the water runs out and the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Wash the lemon, cut it into cubes and wrap them with rice about 3 minutes before the rice is finished cooking.
- Add the sardine fillets, sprinkle with thin slices of chili and serve immediately.
