Biscuit Pie with baked Apple
Don’t miss the opportunity to prepare this biscuit pie with cooked apples! It is easy to make and simply delicious.
Ingredients

250 g apple biscuits

100 g melted butter
-
4 apples
-
4 dl cream
-
1 can boiled condensed milk
-
8 sheets of gelatine
-
1 cinnamon stick

Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Preparation Method
- Crush the biscuits until they become a powder, add the melted butter and mix well. Pour into a spring-form pan and flatten with the help of a spoon to line the bottom.
- Soak 4 sheets of gelatine in cold water. Whip the cream in a bowl, add the cooked condensed milk and stir gently. Add the melted gelatine, stirring gently. Pour into the mould and place in the fridge.
- Peel and wash the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the seeds, cut them into pieces and cook them at low heat in a pan with 1 dl water, the cinnamon stick and the sugar.
- Then, drain it, discard the cinnamon stick, add the remaining 4 gelatine leaves, crush with a hand blender, pour into a bowl and leave to cool.
- Pour the apple mixture over the cream in the mould and put it back in the fridge until it solidifies. Then remove from the mould and serve decorated to taste and sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
