Cheese Dip with Roasted Tomato
An easy and delicious starter ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients

1 fresh mozzarella
-
1 ricotta
-
1 feta cheese
-
100g grated mozzarella
-
2 grated garlic
-
Oregano
-
basil
-
olive oil
Preparation Method
- Mix the 3 cheeses, the grated garlic and the oregano in a bowl. Season with a little salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
- Place in an oven dish.
- In another oven dish place the tomato, season with salt and pepper and basil leaves. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil and Modena Balsamic Vinegar.
- Place the two dishes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
- Meanwhile, grill slices of bread on a greased grill rack.
- Remove the containers from the oven and place the tomato on top of the cheese mixture. Serve with the grilled bread and another drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar.
