Cheese Dip with Roasted Tomato

An easy and delicious starter ready in just 20 minutes.

Preparation Method

  1. Mix the 3 cheeses, the grated garlic and the oregano in a bowl. Season with a little salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
  2. Place in an oven dish.
  3. In another oven dish place the tomato, season with salt and pepper and basil leaves. Drizzle with a dash of olive oil and Modena Balsamic Vinegar.
  4. Place the two dishes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
  5. Meanwhile, grill slices of bread on a greased grill rack.
  6. Remove the containers from the oven and place the tomato on top of the cheese mixture. Serve with the grilled bread and another drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar.
