Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits

Simple and truly delicious, Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect biscuit for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 65 g peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 90 g Carrés Chocolate Nougatine Douceur

Preparation Method

  1. Turn on the oven to 180º C.
  2. Beat the butter at room temperature with the two sugars and the salt until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Add the egg and continue beating for a few minutes more. Reduce the mixer speed and add the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Finally add Almonds Chocolate Carrés Nougatine Douceur.
  5. With the help of a spoon, distribute the biscuits on a plate with baking paper.
  6. If you do it with an ice cream scoop, the biscuits will be round and regular.
  7. Bake for about 10/12 minutes. Do not let them brown and dry out too much because they should be soft.
