Chocolate Peanut Butter Biscuits
Simple and truly delicious, Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect biscuit for any occasion.
Ingredients

60 g butter
-
65 g peanut butter
-
1 egg
-
180 g flour
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
90 g Carrés Chocolate Nougatine Douceur
Preparation Method
- Turn on the oven to 180º C.
- Beat the butter at room temperature with the two sugars and the salt until the mixture is creamy.
- Add the egg and continue beating for a few minutes more. Reduce the mixer speed and add the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Finally add Almonds Chocolate Carrés Nougatine Douceur.
- With the help of a spoon, distribute the biscuits on a plate with baking paper.
- If you do it with an ice cream scoop, the biscuits will be round and regular.
- Bake for about 10/12 minutes. Do not let them brown and dry out too much because they should be soft.
