Smoked Salmon with Olive Oil and Orange Tarts

Ingredients

200 g smoked salmon
-
1 medium avocado
-
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
-
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
-
The zest of 1/2 orange
-
Chives (optional)
Preparation Method
- Cut the avocado into cubes and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and orange zest.
- With the help of a mold, form the tartar by placing the avocado on the base, on top of the salmon and press.
- Serve with the Orange Cakes and some chopped chives.
