Almond and chocolate biscuits
These almond and chocolate biscuits will be the stars of the next snack you organise. Made with almond flour, they will win over kids and adults alike.
Ingredients

200 g almond flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

60 g of butter
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Add the melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and mix. Add the pepitas and mix a little more.
- Make 16 small balls of dough, place on the baking tray and press down to make a biscuit shape. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
