Habanero Sauce with Mango
It is ideal to accompany recipes with white meats, grilled meat, canapés and potato salad.
Ingredients

2 units small ripe mangoes

1/2 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoon habanero sauce
-
salt
Preparation Method
- Peel the mangoes and remove all the pulp.
- Blend all the ingredients until it becomes a creamy sauce.
- Then store in the fridge until ready to use.
