150ml Milk

150ml of Water

150g Corn Flour

150g Wheat Flour

3 Eggs
Preparation Method
- Combine the milk, oil, and water in a pan and heat until boiling.
- When hot, add the cornmeal and the flour all at once, stirring.
- Let it cool down a little and add the eggs, one by one, stirring well.
- Grease and flour a baking pan, and pour the dough by spoonfuls, leaving a space between the cornbread.
- Bake in a medium oven until golden brown, and serve hot.
