Ingredients

200 g shredded roast chicken leftovers

4 pieces of lettuce hearts

50 g shredded parmesan cheese
For the sauce
-
1 pc anchovy
-
1 clove garlic
-
½ teaspoon mustard
-
1 unit egg yolk
-
1 tbsp. lemon juice
-
75 ml sunflower oil
Preparation Method
- Unroll the lettuce hearts into a salad bowl. Place the shredded chicken, the parmesan cheese and the croutons on top.
- For the dressing, place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and mix well. Drizzle the salad with this dressing and serve immediately.
