Tagliolini with lemon cream, prawns and rocket

A fresh and tasty recipe for summer.

  1. Boil water to cook the pasta. In a preheated frying pan, sear the prawns briefly in olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté without letting it brown too much.
  2. Add the cream and let it reduce a little until it begins to thicken the texture of the cream. Cook the pasta and add it to the cream.
  3. Season with salt, chili, half the rocket, and lemon juice. Plate and finish with a rocket on top of the dish and freshly ground black pepper.
