Product Description
This Sétoise-style rockfish soup holds a special place in the history of Azais-Polito. It is in fact the first recipe launched by Georges Azais and Raymond Polito in 1963.
Its exact composition varies depending on the results of fishing but it is always rich in fish. The spices, including saffron, give the whole a harmonious and authentic taste.
Ingredients:
Mediterranean ROCK FISH 52%, Water, Tomate concentrated, Salt, Onions, Carots, Leeks, extra virgin Olive oil, White wine, Spices, Aromatic herbs and Saffron.

Storage:
Store at room temperature. After opening keep refrigerated(máx- 6ºC) and consume quickly.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with a volume of the pot of water added, then bring to the boil. Serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese.
