The olives of the Ogliarola variety are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed in 24/48 hours with a cold extraction.
Colour, fragrance and taste of oil: light golden yellow colour with a slightly greenish tinge. In the mouth it is pleasantly smooth, with a velvety note, with balanced tones of bitterness and spiciness, and is a fruity olive oil, with personality but without excesses. It is ideal for use with steamed vegetables, salads and soups.
