Product Description
The Peranzana cultivar is an olive with dual functionality, both for oil and for food. The olives are stoned only after the right ripening time and immersed in extra virgin olive oil of the same variety to enhance their characteristic flavours. They are ideal for different dishes, such as fish, focaccia, salads.

Olives* (63%), extra virgin olive oil (36%)*, salt, Acidity regulator: citric acid. *Organic

May contain traces of nuts (almonds).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening covered with oil and consume within 5 days.

They are ideal for different dishes, such as fish, focaccia, salads and first courses.
