Farfalle is a type of short pasta, whose name derives from the word in Italian for butterflies, due to their characteristic shape, they can also be associated with bow ties.
This pasta is made from wheat semolina with cuttlefish ink, beetroot, spinach and saffron.
Ingredients:
All: durum WHEAT semolina, water. Black pasta: 4% SQUID INK liquid. Red pasta: 3% beet powder. Green pasta:2% Spinach powder. Purple pasta: 2% blueberries powder. Yellow pasta: 1% turmeric powder.
