Homemade crunchy torrence with almonds. Prepared according to na ancient recipe dating back to 1883. Produced without gelatine but with egg whites as in the past, still shaped and cut by hand.
The traditional flavour of crunchy almond nougat, packaged in handy, individually wrapped portions.
Ingredients:
ALMONDS 45%, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG white, wafer ( potato starch, water, olive/sunflower oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
