Crunchy homemade toast with hazelnuts from Piedmont PGI. Prepared according to an ancient recipe dating back to 1883. Made without gelatine but with egg whites as in the past, still shaped and cut by hand.
Ingredients:
Piedmont HAZELNUT (51%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG white, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
