Tender homemade torrone with hazelnuts from Piedmont PGI. Prepared according to na ancient recipe dating back to 1883. Produced without gelatine but with egg whites as in the past, still shaped and cut by hand.
The traditional flavour of crunchy nougat with IGP Piemonte hazelnuts, packaged in practical individually wrapped portions.
