Product Description
Tripolini has a historical name, linked to the colonial era when Tripoli, the current capital of Libya, was under the Italian empire. The filling is chocolate-covered nougat in layers, and when you cut into it you can see the concentric circles of the filling. The recipe is the same as for crumbled white nougat, which after cooling is covered in extra dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
TORRONE 65%: Piedmont HAZULNUT (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, EGG white, natural vanilla, corn starch. DARK CHOCOLATE 35%: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous BUTTER, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural flavour vanilla.
