Product Description
Ponzu is a citrus-based sauce commonly used in Japanese cuisine. It is tart, with a thin, watery consistency and a dark brown colour. Ponzu shoyu is ponzu sauce with soy sauce (shoyu) added, and the mixed product is widely referred to as simply ponzu.
A perfect balance of salty, sweet and tangy flavours.
Ingredients:
SOY Sauce (water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT), water, lime juice 12%, vinegar, sugar, TUNA extract (Katsuwonus pelamis) (FISH) 0.1%, seaweed extract, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Usage Suggestions:
Ponzu shoyu is traditionally used as a dressing for tataki (lightly grilled, then chopped meat or fish), and also as a dip for nabemono (one pot dishes) such as shabu-shabu or sashimi.
