Product Description
Traditionally, pickled ginger (or gari) is a young ginger pickled in sugar and vinegar, served as a palate cleanser during a meal made up of several courses of sushi. A bite of ginger between the different pieces of sushi allows you to distinguish the distinct flavours of each fish, besides stimulating the digestion.
Ingredients:
Ginger (79.5%), water, sugar, salt, vinegar, sweeteners (E473, E955), acetic acid, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Usage Suggestions:
The perfect accompaniment to Sushi, Maki and Sashimi.
