Product Description
No plate of sushi would be complete without a dollop of Yutaka Japanese Wasabi Paste, a relative of the horseradish. Fiery and spicy, wasabi paste is one of the main flavourings in Japanese food and is commonly served with sushi or sashimi.
Although not as harsh as horseradish, it’s still pretty fiery, so be careful not to use too much! Eating too much wasabi can cause a very painful feeling in the nose.
Ingredients:
Water, horseradish (20%), sugar, sweetener (E420), vinegar, salt, SOYBEAN oil, maltodextrin, Japanese wasabi (1.5%), MUSTARD extract, turmeric, acidity regulator (citric acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid), colour (caramel, E133), thickener (xanthan gum).

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks.
