Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. Produced from a mixture composed of grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The aging takes place in oak barrels.
The most prized of Il Tinello of Modena range, Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is slowly aged in oak casks. Its full, mellow flavour blends sweet and sour tastes superbly.

Usage Suggestions:
Recommended for those special dishes, with fresh strawberries, ice-cream or Parmesan cheese.
