Arrabbiata sauce, or sugo all’arrabbiata in Italian, is a spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. The sauce originates from the Lazio region, around Rome. Arrabbiata literally means “angry” in Italian; the name of the sauce refers to the spiciness of the chili peppers.
In this recipe, the tomatoes and peppers are picked when perfectly ripe and the result is a sauce with a rich yet natural flavour, which is also the perfect base for more elaborate sauces.

Tomato * (70%), tomato pulp * (20%), paprika * (4%), onion *, sunflower seeds oil *, chilli *, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid). * Organic origin.

May contain traces of celery, soy, milk, nuts, fish and seafood.
