Thin, crispy biscuits prepared with a spicy blend of clove, cinnamon, and ginger and gathered in a beautifully patterned tin. They are considered the world’s finest (and thinnest) ginger cookies.
Nyåker’s classic round gingerbread baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced and the cookies have a nice crispness. The test winner – Nyåker’s gingerbread is baked the way it has always been made – at home in Västerbotten. Nyåkers think it’s best that way. Year after year, major consumer tests show that they seem to be right.
