With the Serra de Medro on the horizon, the olive groves that surround the ruins of the centuries-old chapel of Nossa Senhora das Neves, offer us year after year, olives of unparalleled quality. Since 1973, the property’s olive trees and their fruit have been the center of attention. The fruit of the work carried out throughout each one culminates with the first drops of the juice of these olives that give rise to the unique, 100% natural, single-varietal olive oil that is found inside this bottle.
The Azeitona Cordovil is green and ripe, of the monovarietal type, it carries very representative characteristics of the Alentejo.
The flavor of its oil gives rise to an oil that is extremely rich in oleic acid, very fine and intensely fruity. At the sensory level, it varies between almost bitter and moderately spicy.
This superior Portuguese Olive Oil is obtained directly from olives, only by mechanical processes.
