1 Chicken

3 cloves

2 tablespoons fennel leaves

2 tbsp. salt

1 sprig of rosemary

1 bay leaf

Thyme
-
2 garlics

2 tablespoons of Ketchup

Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation Method
- In a mortar, crush the cloves, cumin, fennel leaves, black pepper and salt.
- Place the obtained mixture in a large roasting pan and add the herbs (rosemary, bay leaf and thyme) and the garlic, all previously chopped.
- Add the orange zest and juice, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and four tablespoons of the Bittersweet Smoked Paprika de La Vera.
- Finally, add the ketchup and a dash of olive oil and mix intensely.
