Enjoy the sardine, one of the most popular and famous Portuguese fish. Here it is ready to eat, without skin or bones and in the company of a delicious black linguine.
Ingredients

150 g chopped onion

250 g sliced leek

3 tbsp olive oil

2 pcs carrots
-
0,5 dl white wine
-
300 g black linguine
-
water q.b
-
2 diced peeled tomatoes
-
chopped parsley
Preparation Method
- In a pan with olive oil, sauté the chopped onion and the slices of leek.
- Cut the peeled carrots into small cubes and add them to the stew.
- Cover and leave to sweat over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the wine and cook until the carrots are tender.
- In a saucepan, cook the linguine in water seasoned with salt until al dente.
- Once the carrot is tender, add the diced tomato and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the drained linguine and a handful of chopped parsley and mix well.
- Arrange in the serving bowl and garnish with well-drained sardines, cleaned of skin and bones. Serve immediately.
