Blueberries are a delicious fruit and very easy to add to any dessert. Here, combined with lemon in a delicious cake, ideal to serve in a light and delicious snack.
Ingredients

80 g butter (for greasing)

1 dessert spoon of butter

200 g of flour with yeast

1 dessert tea of baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 unit lemon

100 ml of semi-skimmed milk

1 tablespoon of flour
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Grease a cake tin with a dessert spoon of butter and line it with baking paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, bicarbonate, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together 80g melted butter, sugar, eggs and lemon zest, and juice and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, and continue beating, until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Place the tablespoon of flour in a small bowl, fold the blueberries into the flour and add them to the dough, stirring.
- Arrange the dough in the tin and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes and unmold onto a wire rack.
