Cashew Biscuits

They are semi-crispy and crumble slightly in the mouth as if turned into sand. Very simple and delicious at the same time.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything very well.
  3. If you wish you can use a mixer.
  4. You can form balls and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper or do as I did.
  5. I rolled out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut them out with a biscuit cutter.
  6. I placed the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and baked them for 12 minutes.
