Cashew Biscuits
They are semi-crispy and crumble slightly in the mouth as if turned into sand. Very simple and delicious at the same time.
Ingredients

4 tablespoons cashew cream
-
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything very well.
- If you wish you can use a mixer.
- You can form balls and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper or do as I did.
- I rolled out the dough to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut them out with a biscuit cutter.
- I placed the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and baked them for 12 minutes.
