1 chicken in large pieces

1 cup of honey

4 cloves of garlic

4 tablespoons of mustard

3 tablespoons of wheat flour

Lemon

salt
Preparation Method
- Wash the chicken pieces with lemon. Pass water and season with plenty of salt.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Dry the chicken and apply the mixture.
- Place the pieces on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven (200ºC) for about 45 minutes.
