Chickpea Hommus Wrap

A simple and quick vegetarian recipe.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of chickpea hommus on a tortilla.
  2. Sanitise and chop the lettuce, carrot (or grate), cucumber and chop the parsley.
  3. Place the vegetables on top of the hommus and close/roll up the wrap.
