Chickpea Hommus Wrap
A simple and quick vegetarian recipe.
Ingredients

1 lettuce leaf
-
10 grams grated raw carrot
-
6 slices of raw cucumber
-
1/2 tablespoon raw parsley
Preparation Method
- Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of chickpea hommus on a tortilla.
- Sanitise and chop the lettuce, carrot (or grate), cucumber and chop the parsley.
- Place the vegetables on top of the hommus and close/roll up the wrap.
