Chitarra Nero Spaghetti Pasta with Shrimp and Squid

Spaghetti Chitarra Nero is produced with squid ink, giving it personality and exoticism. Recipe of Sicilian origin goes well with seafood and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 250g Spaghetti Pasta Chitarra Nero Seppia
  • 500g of prawns
  • 1 squid, sliced with tentacles
  • 200g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200g of black olives
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 100ml of white wine

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and squid, sautéing well.
  3. Then add the shrimp and white wine.
  4. Add the olives, tomato, and pasta and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
