Chocolate Biscuit Cake
We have elaborated this traditional by adding a different touch.
Ingredients

200g butter
-
130g icing sugar
-
1 egg yolk
-
2 tablespoonful of cold espresso
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
300g chocolate biscuits
-
Coffee
Preparation Method
- Place the butter at room temperature in a bowl together with the icing sugar, the egg yolk, the coffee, and the vanilla extract and beat with a whisk until you obtain a fluffy, smooth cream.
- Dip the biscuits in the cold coffee one by one and arrange them in the shape of a flower on a plate.
- Cover with a layer of buttercream, smooth it out, and again place more biscuits soaked in coffee.
- Repeat the steps until all the biscuits are baked, ending with a layer of cream.
- Decorate to taste and refrigerate until serving.
