Cocoa Pancakes with Mango and Chocolate Almonds
These Fluffy Cocoa Pancakes are very simple and quick to prepare, and they turn out tall and fluffy!
Ingredients
PANCAKES

90 g flour
-
20 g plain cocoa
-
½ teaspoon baking powder
-
½ teaspoon baking soda
-
1 egg
-
75 ml milk
-
75 ml whipped cream
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
TO SERVE
-
Mango
-
Almonds Chocolate Craqchoc Caramel Douceur
Preparation Method
- Sift the flour with the cocoa, bicarbonate, and baking powder. set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk, cream, coconut oil, and lemon juice.
- Add the sugar and sifted solids and mix well until you have a lump-free batter.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat and let it warm up, brush with a little butter, and with the help of a spoon shape the pancakes.
- After approximately 1 minute, turn them over and cook them for another minute.
- Serve with fresh mango cubes and Craqchoc Chocolate Almond Caramel Douceur.
