Codfish Pate with Olive Crackers
Ingredients
Olive crackers

50g wheat flour

50g cornflour

50ml water

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon ground linseed

1 teaspoon baking powder

45g chopped black olives
Preparation Method
Olive Biscuits
- Program the oven to 170 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut with a pizza cutter.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
- After cooling, they become crispy and are served with the codfish pate.
