Codfish Pate with Olive Crackers

Ingredients

Olive crackers
  • 50g wheat flour
  • 50g cornflour
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground linseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 45g chopped black olives

Preparation Method

Olive Biscuits

  1. Program the oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut with a pizza cutter.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
  4. After cooling, they become crispy and are served with the codfish pate.
