Crispy Chickpeas in the Oven
Perfect for a snack or as a healthier snack to accompany with beer or simply as an accompaniment to salad, bowl etc.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1/2 tablespoon corn starch
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 200º high and low with ventilation.
- Prepare the chickpeas by washing them under running water and draining the excess water. It is not necessary to dry them, just drain the excess.
- Line an oven tray with parchment paper, if necessary, place the chickpeas and all the other ingredients.
- Wrap everything very well and take it to the oven for 10 minutes, at the end of that time remove and wrap well.
- Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes, remove and wrap. Take another 10 minutes and at the end of that time you can remove them.
- Finally, let it cool and serve immediately if desired or store in an airtight container.
