Dark chocolate brownie
The dark chocolate brownie is ideal to accompany coffee or tea for weekend snacks. A family favorite, one piece at a time.
Ingredients

½ tablespoon of butter

150 g dark chocolate

Vanilla powder
-
1 tablespoon cornstarch

4 eggs

200 g cream cheese

80 g flour
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a square baking pan, 20cm in diameter, with half a tablespoon of butter. Line the bottom with baking paper. Put aside.
- Place the chocolate and the remaining butter in a bowl and microwave to melt gradually, stirring between each stop.
- Mix together in another bowl the brown sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, and one egg. Add the cream cheese and stir in. Set aside.
- Separately, beat the remaining eggs, and add the melted chocolate mixture, brown sugar, and flour.
- Pour half of this mixture into the mold, then place spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top and using a toothpick, make zigzags to mix the two doughs.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately place the chocolate almonds on top.
- Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the mold, remove to a wire rack, allow to cool, and cut into 12 squares.
