This pasta with leeks and walnuts is a light meal, very simple to prepare and ideal for any time of the year.
Ingredients

250 g farfalle pasta

250 g leek
-
80 g walnut

150 g Island cheese
-
150 g gorgonzola cheese

50 g mozzarella cheese
-
150 g onion
-
3 cloves garlic
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
200 ml cream
-
200 g salad mix
-
50 g lemon
Preparation Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the chopped garlic and onion.
- Add the leek cut into thick julienne and let it sauté.
- Add the cream and the cheeses cut into small cubes.
- As soon as it comes to the boil, add the pasta and mix everything well.
- Serve with the lettuce mixture, sprinkled with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
