Ingredients

1 feta cheese

1 skyr yogurt

1 soup spoon of honey

30g toasted pine nuts
-
oregano to taste
Preparation Method
- In a food processor, mix the feta cheese with yogurt and honey. Beat until you obtain a thick cream.
- In a bowl mix the olives with the toasted pine nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, paprika, oregano, and pepper.
- Spread the cream on a board and top with the olive mixture. Garnish with oregano leaves and finish with the Balsamic Glaze and, if you wish, add a few drops of Chilli Sauce.
