Fried chicken with Harissa
Juicy chicken, perfect for mid-afternoon snacking.
Ingredients

1 Kg roasted chicken thighs
-
250 g yoghurt (10% fat)
-
6 tablespoon Harissa
-
1 teaspoon Salt
-
Oil for frying
Preparation Method
- Wash the chicken, dry, and cut it into pieces.
- Mix the yogurt with the harissa and salt. If you don’t like it as spicy, you can adjust the amount of harissa paste to your liking.
- Place the chicken pieces in the yogurt-harissa marinade and marinate for about 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and mix with panko until it adheres all over.
- Fry the breaded chicken pieces in hot oil at about 175 °C for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
