Fruit Cake
This fruit cake can be prepared to serve for a special breakfast, snack or even dessert. Use the strawberry preserve to ensure an exceptional taste.
Ingredients

6 tablespoons of Strawberry Preserves

120 g of unsalted butter

2 eggs
-
120 g of flour
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
-
300 g mango
-
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation Method
- Beat the butter with the brown sugar until it becomes cream.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating constantly, add the sifted flour with the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
- Grease a cake tin with the slightly softened butter and dust it with the flour.
- Pour the mixture into the tin, sprinkle the spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the tin and leave to cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with the sliced mango.
