Grissinis from Pain d’épices
Great way to start a meal with family and kids will love it!
Ingredients

1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
-
½ pomegranate
-
1 egg, beaten
-
300 g of eggplant sauce
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips about 2 cm wide.
- Carefully twist them until they form spirals. Brush them with the beaten egg and roll them in the crumbled Pain d’épices.
- Place them in the oven on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove the seeds from the pomegranate and season the eggplant sauce with it.
- Let the sticks cool and serve with the eggplant sauce.
