Besides, it can be a great snack to take in your suitcase and satisfy that hunger after hours.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons of oil

2 tablespoons of corn

20g of honey
Preparation Method
- Start by placing the corn in the bottom of a pan, without overlapping.
- Drizzle with the oil and bring to a simmer, with the pan covered.
- When the corn starts to pop, shake the pan, always covered, so that the corn cooks.
- Turn off the heat and leave covered, until you no longer hear the corn popping.
- Heat the honey, along with the olive oil, in the microwave for 30 seconds, and pour it into a large bowl.
- Add the popcorn to the previous preparation and mix well.
Chef’s Tips
If you prefer a salty alternative, season the popcorn with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
