Ingredients
Filling:

6 apples

1 cup of honey
-
Cinnamon powder
-
3 cloves, roasted and ground to a powder
Pasta:
-
1/2 kilo of wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 glass of warm water
Preparation Method
Filling:
- Grate the apples and mix them with the honey, along with the cinnamon and cloves. Rest the mixture in dishware.
Pasta:
- Mix, beat well and leave for half an hour.
- Stretch the prepared dough until it is as thin as paper; spread the stuffing and roll up like a roulade;
- Bake in a hot oven for an hour; after cooling, take it to the fridge, covering it or not with icing sugar.
